In keeping the way we operate as transparent as possible, here is the step by step process of how building a website works with us, from start to finish.
Step One: Project Proposal
We will discuss preliminary ideas for the design of your new website. A short questionaire will be sent to you via email asking you to fill out some basic information about your business and what you would like from your website. This allows us to get a better understanding of how we can best suit your needs.
You get to know about our services, reputation and expectations.
And we get to learn about your business, industry and target audience.
Step Two: Design Brief
Using the information that you provide us from the project proposal, we will come back to you with a design brief which will include several examples of websites and ideas. We’ll discuss with you in-depth about how exactly you want your website to look, and any features that you may require. Once you are happy, we can present you with a fully fixed price.
We confirm the price and present a detailed plan including timescales.
An agreed deposit is made so that work can begin.
Step Three: Image Preview
After a period of agreed time, we will have a preview of your design ready for you. We will show you an image based preview that will give you an accurate representation of how the website layout will look when the website is 100% functional.
If you are not happy with any aspect of what we have produced, do not worry. We offer unlimited design revisions and as such will keep modifying the preview using the design brief as a guideline until you are satisfied with the end product.
Your first image based preview will be ready.
Step Four: Web Preview
Once you are happy with the design, we will send it to our web developer who will code the flat image into a fully functional website. This is where your menu, image sliders and contact forms become operational. We ensure the website loads correctly on all devices and responds to mobiles and tablets (if agreed).

Step Five: Adding Content
This is the third and final part of creating your website. We begin to populate the website with text and images, adding in all of the pages we said we would for you. Therefore as we are reaching this stage its important that you have all your content prepared to email over to us.
The complete picture really becomes apparent as you can seamlessly browse the almost finished article on our test domain name.

Step Six: Going Live
We will perform final checks on your website to ensure that all features are working correctly. We will contact you to show your finished website, and ensure that both parties are satisfied with the final website.
Any outstanding invoices will be paid off and the work marked as complete.

Final Step: The Future!
While the work may have been completed, our job is never done as our industry is ever progressing. We pride ourselves on offering industry-leading customer service. As part of our customer service charter, from time to time, we will also help you out with any small design changes that you may want free of charge for as long as you have a service with us.
