The software used for management of our business websites is based upon WordPress. This is an open source content management system that is very user friendly to navigate and utilise to assist with updating your website. This guide will demonstrate how to modify and edit any part of your website using these tools.



After the website has been completed and signed off, you will be sent a login and password that will allow you access to the WordPress dashboard. Please keep this in formation safe and on record. To login you will need to go to the home page of your website and add the admin login text given to you via email after the forward slash, for example


When you have logged in, you will be presented with dashboard page. Try not to be overwhelmed with the amount of information on this page as it will mostly be unnecessary for what you wish to edit. Accessing specific parts of your website to modify is done through the links you can see on the left hand side of the screen. There will be separate pages on how to navigate through these to achieve what you want to do with your website. There are also links to these guides and other resources available to help you with the administration of your website.
