Step 1

From the dashboard, click on “Thumbnail Gallery” located in the navigation down the left side of the screen.

Step 2

Click on the gallery that you wish to edit.


Step 3

Just to the right, more options will appear for the selected gallery. Click on the grey plus(the right most one you can see).

Step 4

Just to the right, click on the highest “Select Images” button under the “Default WordPress file upload” title.

There are multiple ways of uploading images that may be more suitable if you are familiar with them, but for this we will use the top option, which will use the default WordPress upload system.

Step 5

Select or upload the images that you wish to add into the gallery. You can do this by dragging and dripping images from a folder, or already uploaded images from the media library. For the image you want to add, click on “Show”, then at the bottom of the image options click on “Insert into Post”

Make sure that you have the largest image size selected (see the radio buttons just above “Insert into Post”.

Step 6

Repeat step 5 until you have added in all desired images.

Additional Information – Titles & Captions

If you click on an image in the galley, you will get additional options for that specific image. Here you can set a title as well as a caption for the selected image if you wish.

Be sure to click “Submit” at the top after you’ve finished editing these properties.
