Request a new one by emailing password@nexuswebsites.co.uk with your new desired password or ring us on 0800 193 5800. We will run a few security checks and then assign you with your new password.

If you have any hosting package with Nexus Websites, then you are entitled to unlimited starter email accounts. You can request a new one by emailing support@nexuswebsites.co.uk. Please specify the desired address for example, example@nexuswebsites.co.uk and password. Please ensure you send this request from an email we have verified you from.
Request a new Forwarder?
If you have any hosting package with Nexus Websites, then you are entitled to unlimited email forwarders. You can request a new one by emailing info@nexuswebsites.co.uk. Please specify the desired address for example, example@nexuswebsites.co.uk and the address you wish for the emails to be forwarded to (you can have multiple addresses). Please ensure you send this request from an email we have verified you from.
